Asked the employee called Claudia to help me with a taxi to a local estate and she offered me 3 options to get there. Made an attempt to book a taxi for me. She even reached me outside while waiting for a passing by taxi to offer me a 4th option to get there by bus. Outstanding service.

I arrived in Windsor to find no one in the so call great visitor center which had moved and no hop on hop off (to-ot ) bus. I purchased my tickets on line the night before Oct 3rd for use on Oct 4th and the phone # would not pick up. Would not recommend.

Didn't stop there. Just breezing through. Relaxing arena. Old-fashion toilets but modestly clean with push button soap. Ladies and Gents downstairs (a bit cramped if queuing). One large Disabled toilet upstairs big and spacious for prams, buggies. Noticeably clean as possible.

One star on the basis that we found the centre closed even though we got there in good time before the advertised closing time. There were some leaflets available but not what we were looking for.

The information center Windsor tourist is excellent, unfortunately I did not wrote down the name of efficient and gentle lady who helped me after the bad tour company Golden tours have abandoned me, wish I could praise her nominally for their efficiency and care.

Information that they have is very helpful. The people who man the booth are very friendly and can tell jokes from time to time.
