Don't go much on the community fridge people. The woman was really rude and there was no need for it! I came in for community food that's going to go off that i would use. Its meant to be a community, but they were refusing to share it. She even told 2 young boys to go away straight away and afterwards said "bloody kids," and the mother came in annoyed and upset and said they were just coming in to choose a bread roll. The woman said 2 at a time to me, yet there were 4 people there that she let by. There was no need for her to be so rude to me. Please be careful when coming here. The idea itself is really good, but there is no need to have rude staff! Really makes me want to avoid the library as she brought in so much negativity. Was really hurtful the way she treated me.

I found using the PC a little difficult and took a long time to find what I needed in family history then it was time to close. Very calming atmosphere, and I think lots going on in mornings unfortunately I'm only available in afternoon.

I take my 4 year old daughter every week to get new books for the week. She gets two every night and it is one of her favourite parts of the week. She chooses the books herself and spends atleast an hour doing so!
She also gets one DVD each week! She is at her happiest surrounded by books.

I have been visiting this library on a regular basis since I moved to Ringwood in June 1994. The building is situated about a mile from my home and I learned to walk again after a serious illness by visiting the library (sometimes five days a week), reading the books and having a rest, then walking home again. Over a period of time this has strengthened my legs. The illness took away the use of my hands and the various staff were very considerate in tying my shoelaces when necessary in the early years. I have found the staff professional, helpful and friendly over the years and the library has played an important part in my life in various ways e.g., educational, recreational and lately by the use of the computer. There is a good selection of books available to borrow and the library contributes an important part of Ringwood life.

Lovely resources and information. Lots of activities and support for the local community in the Library.
