Connect lounge is close to gate c17 -c18 gates.
Emirates staff whom I met at the arrival door didn't know this.
I was at emirates dubai connect lounge.
If you are waiting for 5-6 hrs , this is fine but anything beyond , this place is not recommended. The ticketing staff tricked us by saying hotel accomodations , and found this lounge upon arrival. During the pandemic time, these guys should have been a little more responsible when the fault is on their side. I am amazed to see how they escape charges when cancellation of flights happens and when we do, they eat up all our money. I am not going to use this longue service of emirates.I am going to ditch emirates in the future flying during pandemic..
My first flight was delayed by 4 hrs and second flight by close to 26 hrs , and this is the longue I had to spend with all d people for complete day nd nite.Today most of the people waiting here do not have any option, they just have to wait.
Absolutely ridiculous !!!

This is a nice place to relax, if you are having a long transit at Dubai. It was a bit hard to find – correct location information is not available on the Emirates Web/App. It is located near gate C17/C18. There were plenty of free snacks (sandwiches, veg samosas, fruit, muffins, soup, juices, tea & water) throughout the stay.

Very poor service, I’m surprised how is that holding UAE name?
No good food to serve not a good sofas as well, two restrooms only available and in bad shape, no showers + they broadcasting airplane accidents on TVs!!!! What the heck is that??

Dubai Connect Lounge is closed and re-opened as The Emirates Lounge, an expansion complimenting the remaining 6 Emirates Lounge found in Terminal 3, Concourse A, B and C.

Long transit for 11 hours I'm eligible for hotel room but they refused to help in dubai airport.
Useless didn't offer even a bottle of water.

Not even 1 Star I want to give!!! My husband is in Dubai airport right now and his Stopover is about 11 hours! At the emirates website they are talking big! How they’re providing this service for passengers of any class, with a stopover from 10 to 24 hours! It’s all a LIE!!!!!! My husband asked 2 workers at the Emirates counter, everyone said there is no such lounge, also when my husband asked, they didn’t even bother to tell him about the free meals emirates offers at a restaurant at the airport, my husband wasn’t feeling comfortable to go and ask more about some other services, if I was there I wouldn’t let them get away so easily!
So EMIRATES WHY ARE YOU TELLING LIES ????
I am very very disappointed! I hope this will help someone in the future!!!

This is a business class lounge, and not the Dubai Connect lounge which is supposed to be for long layovers.
