Madam Aireen she is such asset in affordables store she was very welcoming and truly someone who can go extra mile to meet and exceed customer expectations. The service I got was marvelous and for sure will return again. The items are really nice and value for money. Also the cashier lady when I busted on 8th /08/ 2023 she is also very welcoming and had a wonderful experience that I’ll leave to remember.

The staff in al gurair mall is so polite specially puran and nelly , i tried many shoes and the shows so much patience to me , i take more than 1 hour to try different kind of shoes , i bout 1 pair in colehaan and the size on other pair in cole haan was not available unfortunately otherwise i could buy 2 pairs

The customer care is excellent, they give complementaries. The attendants are very efficient and helpful. The prices are indeed affordable. I highly recomend it to my fellowtourrists.

This car park is a joke. Terrible paying machines. Most off them are broken. You can't pay with a card on every ticket machine. Paying by card takes ages and although it has contactless it never works. They don't all take cash either. This car park is the main reason why we don't shop in Asda.

Unfortunately not knowing Folkestone well I used this car park while having my Covid jab and was unable to use cash in the pay machine as due to Covid cash was not an option and was instructed to use the NCP app to pay the fee. The rate clearly stated on the pay machine was £1.10 for one hour, when paying on the NCP app I was charged £4.10.
I emailed NCP to query this and after some two weeks was basically told tough luck. I would avoid this car park as they are obviously profiteering off the back of Covid by restricting payment only through the app.

One of a select band of car parks which have eschewed modernity and customer convenience for the cheapo pre-internet option of forcing you to pay with coins you probably don’t have at one of the maybe-working-maybe-not pay stations.

However, the views from the upper floors out over Folkestone and La Manche toward France are unrivalled.

Happy to hand fines out. But machines are all broken so you can't get tickets, have been like it for at least 6 month's

This carpark is well placed to get into the centre of Folkestone quickly. Can get busy at times, but there is nearly always lots of spaces on the roof level which is in the most part uncovered and open to the elements. There are trolley parks if you use Asda, and you'll also get up to 2 hours parking taken off your bill if you shop at Asda (minimum spend applies, check your ticket for current details, ticket stub must be presented at the checkout.) It is disappointing to see that there are no charging facilities for electric vehicles which is a shame as one might park here for a few hours allowing time to get a significant charge back into the car (approx. 30 miles range per hour on a 7KW charger.)

Asda car park provides better service for town centre as you can get your money back when you buy some things you need from the shop.

It's a car park.......... Pretty much always has spaces and price isn't too bad. You can even get back your ticket price if you shop in Asda, as long as you spend over £7

Absolutely loved it! Best views I recommend anyone visiting folkestone to come here!

My favorite is the middle floor (of 3) it's a close call as all 3 floors of this multi story car park are an absolute blast.

Again no trip to folkestone would ever be complete without a trip to folkestones best car park.

Cant wait to get a car for the full experience.
