Extremely disappointed with the filipino sales lady assigned in this branch. So pathetic!!!

We are a regular customer of Rivoli DCC, Sahara and MOE, my family had been buying our watches and glasses in this shop and so happy with the sales service thats make us a fan of Revoli shop. But hey! first ever visit at the Rivoli Al Ghuriar was extremely disappointing, looks like the filipino staff was so uncivilised, so unprofessional, shes our kababayan but her attitude is rude. Definitely wont recommend to visit this shop... heads up!!!!

We were treated like beggars..Just because me and my husband wasnt dress up properly when the time we visit thier shop... so ridiculous!

For eyewear the best Rivoli store is SAHARA GO AND LOOK FOR YASMINA THE MANAGER SHE IS VERY GOOD,

It happened some time back and this review was most definitely pending. I went as a walk in customer to this store with a big problem of losing my only pair of specs. I was in Dubai for a holiday and none of the stores could help me get an immediate solution. In this store I met two amazing women - Ayesha and Simone who went out of the way to help me. Gave me free samples of lenses as an immediate solution. Ayesha went ahead and thought me how to use them as I was new to contact lenses. She was utmost patient and really saved the day for us. I can’t thank these two girls enough for such a beautiful gesture. You two are wonderful souls and are definitely an asset to the organisation u are working for. Thanks a lot for everything u did that day. Hope to visit again some time soon!!

I have been to RIVOLI Al Ghurair Mall and assisted by Ms.Simone as i wanted to buy Glasses she was so kind and helpful by choosing the best product for me.
She has the best skills and the quality to deal with the customer

Great service by Eyezone staff Simon , i always run back to her when it comes to Rivoli name , she always go out of the way to help. will definitely go back to store , i have suggested friends too as she helped me always picking up the best items and never get tiered of answering my unlimited questions. keep it up.

Recently I visited Al Gurair Mall and I wanted to get an good sunglass for my self. I was really confused with what to buy and I found this store Rivoli Eye Zone. I was assisted by Mr. Ankit came to my rescue and he suggest a wonderful Ray ban sunglasses. I was really happy with his service. Thank you again and keep up the good service . I highly recommend this store when you are Visit Dubai.
