Best place for tourist to find alcohol and lovely staff one Indian guy is working there name Anuj he is very helpful and smiling always.

I left my wallet at home and couldn't pay for 1 bottle of Prossecco. I have been offered a home delivery for 500 AED minimum spend, which I agreed to. Also I have been told I can pay by card. Then manager came and said they can only accept cash payment as they only have 2 machines. I told them where I live which is 5 min walk from the shop. If it gets busy it will not be for long as I live nearby. But the manager refused to help.
Disappointed by poor and unhelpful customer service.

To be honest my first to visit your shop, my heart was complete because I was really welcomed so good by one African guy showing everything I wanted, was so happy

Best place for tourist to find alcohol as it's very nearby the yacht. Entrance very next to the Parking 2. Remember to have the passport with you during purchase. Cheers????

Being a regular at this store as i live nearby, the staff were always friendly with me and it's easy to find from the collection and discounts.

Still it asks for the license, as the rule is not fully implemented. Tourists can buy with their passport without a license.

Very rude stuff, refused to sell wine and kicked us out for not having a mask. Even though everywhere around masks are not mandatory, they could at least have masks available at store for customers. Especially rude manager Lakshman.

Great place for people searching for alcohol in Dubai. Excellent customer service from all Marina Walk staff. Fantastic Experience.
