Staff is pushy on selling you the most expensive drinks.

Also, the wifi here gotta be the stupidest thing ever. In order to get wifi you need to have data.

For years I love to stop by for a coffee before work, or just to seat and chill here with the book or work on my laptop having my favorite cappuccino with almond milk and sugar-free caramel syrup

A fantastic coffee shop that I highly recommend. The coffee is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The convenience of having multiple locations and a mobile ordering system is also a huge plus. Overall, I give Starbucks a 5-star rating for their great coffee and excellent customer service.

Sometimes I come here in the morning to get coffee, but usually they get the order wrong, I usually like a double shot ice shaken and 3 sweet and low. Every time they don’t understand what I’m saying, and they get the order wrong (usually no sweet and low, wrong size and 2 days ago, they somehow thought I said a caramel latte, AND THEY MADE THAT INSTEAD! I was there yesterday during the afternoon, and the same person that got the orders wrong every single time, asked me to give the Starbucks a review, so I looked up the location and the person was just standing behind me just watching what I was going to give a review, stop looking at my phone! So now that I am in the comfort of my own home I can give an honest review. So to summarize don’t go here because they will get your order wrong every. Single. Time.

Nice place, good location, but awful availability of products. For 2 years in a row they don’t have: matcha (at all) and decaf neither. They also don’t have chai latte. Surprisingly because for all these 2 years all these positions are in the menu - but never available. Awful.

Worse service ever experiences at any starbucks anywhere!

They skipped my turn by almost 10 other customers.. and when I asked why? They said because we don't have clean cups!..
The order was wrong ( syrup amount double) and even made me pay for a bigger size while I got a smaller size as that's all they had ; they figured after half an hour of ordering & paying!!

Very bad management, not organized and lack of social responsibility..

A while ago, I took a coffee latte from the Marina Walk. It was very bad. There is a problem with the taste and preparation. I threw it away. It was very bad. It does not look like a latte at all.

One of the best Starbucks spots in the area, to work and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee.
