Right from the beginning, their team was friendly, patient, and professional, answering all of my questions and putting any concerns at ease. The mechanics at AG Cars were clearly knowledgeable and experienced. They were able to diagnose the issues with my car quickly, explained everything clearly, and presented the best solution to fix the problem.

The service was completed in a timely manner, much quicker than I anticipated, and at a fair and reasonable price. I was especially pleased to find that the quality of their work was exceptional. My car has been running smoothly ever since, and I have AG Cars to thank for that!

very unprofessional staff, taking very long time. They took 20 days for fixing bumper and head light. Once i received my car still bumper is not properly fixed.

Definitely the most recommended workshop. I had a tough time having my insurance claim approved from the opposite (Faulty insurance) but with the continuous & unconditional support of Mr Iqbal (Service manager) at AG cars Al Quoz, i was able to get the amount approved and repaired the car in just literally 2 days (Body +Mechanical)- Mind blowing???????????????? Bravo AG CARS AL QUOZ- Keep up the great job????

They indeed to a quality job and some extra as well.
They finished earlier than initially told and even cleaned the car and the lights after repairs.
My contact Rafi was very approachable, helpful and responsive even when he had to respond 2 people at the same time.

Worst experience ever, unprofessional work and lazy employees starting from the manager Mr Igbal.i gave in my car for repair(accident)on 21 march but after a period of 2 months they called to collect the car with broken parts and unfurnished work. The car was full of stray cat sheet under the seats. Upto now they told me they are waiting for the parts to arrive but when you call to ask for updates the manager says he is in the meeting everytime giving the same excuse. Disappointing and wasted alot of our time with your unprofessional work. And everyone seems not to care

Been a monthly member since i got Sukoon Insurance 2 months ago. Love the support and service by Ms #Shiju who always support me for getting services at this AG CARS Center. Car wash is the excellent condition wash and shine experience always at AG. Super fast & super clean every time! Try them too!!!

They provide excellent car services like Polishing Ceramic Tinting etc

I had booked car wash today. When I had called for appointment I was told be be precise about the time. I reached there 10 min prior but was told to wait minimum 1 hour for my turn. I noticed 10-12 people already waiting in their office for car wash

Anyway, I just returned without the car. wash.

What is the point of the appointment??
