I sent two shipments and 700 UAE dirhams were taken for the price of delivery outside the UAE, but the delivery did not last until now, and when communicating with them, no one answers the Emirates Airlines and transfers calls to Saudi Airlines, and the experience is very bad, and I will file an official complaint against the company, as we are in the country of law And Justice United Arab Emirates

I believe all the positive reviews are fake. its end of 2022 and they don't have a proper online or card payment method. not really great customer service either tbh.

No proper follow up,0 customer service,you have to call them up 10 times to fix one issue and still the issue persists.Call center agents always in rush to close your call,dont check on the necessary information ,act as if they are doing you a favor and lastly close the call on your ears while you are still talking.
