We started our investment plan with AIX almost a year ago. Since then, all our returns came in timely manner as the contract.

I called your office and they connected me with Abbas. Met him in the AIX office and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge in investment. All my questions were answered and he provided me with his work number to ask any more questions if I needed to. He promised a tailored plan for me that suits my situation and my future plans.

AIX has some amazing products with great returns. The company seems to be doing quite well and is coming out with new products from time-to-time. I am very happy with my investment with AIX so far.
I would also like to commend my consultant, Nahla, who is very professional and has a lot of patience. She answers all my questions and explains products and features diligently. She also keeps me updated on new products and company performance regularly. Good job, Nahla!

We had come to Dubai for an expo and heard about AIX through my well wishers. Glad I met them and the advisory team opened up my eyes on creating investment portfolios that I could never even dream about in Dubai. Doctors are good, but parking is very limited and you'll probably miss you appointment waiting for a space to open. People used to park on the sides to fully utilise their space but they have introduced parking tickets. So now you are charged £100 to go to your GP...

Can’t fault them. Whenever any of my kids are unwell the GP is so good at getting a last min appointment. They follow up. The doctors are fantastic and so thorough. Reception staff is amazing . Cant be more happier

Dr S Shah was brilliant, really listened considering pervious information as breathing problems for over 10 weeks with number of hospital visits. The Dr explained really needing a set plan, providing additional important medication, changes to inhalours (interim informed possible Ashma) plus follow-up with another experienced Dr. If all our Dr's were like this and listened plus considerate would be a much more caring environment.

reception staff. Our
patients are very
well looked after & the surgery is
always prompt at
dealing with any medical needs.

Regarding my recent experience with the surgery on behalf of my uncle , thank you to Becky on reception who was very understanding of my concerns for my uncle’s health and arranged a prompt telephone consultation with a doctor. Dr Ella who visited my uncle was thorough and patient with him. Also Mark the paramedic for calling back at the arranged time to check his progress. Both very kind and understanding thank you.

I have had 2 appointments recently with Dr Pramanik who I found to be compassionate knowledgable and supportive. A first class doctor. I have also found the receptionists helpful particularly the receptionist at the Holywell practise. All in all a very satisfied patient.

Once again poor service from the surgery. I don’t know when they will get their act together. My wife is pregnant and called up on Thursday 13/04/23 to ask for a repeat prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. She called up again today 17/04/23 and asked if it had been done the receptionist who was utterly useless just said nothing had been done and she doesn’t know when the GP will review it, this was at 11 am today and still no one from the surgery has even bothered to try and resolve the issue. We fly away on holiday on Wednesday and nothing has been sorted out.

I’ve had a similar situation before where my mother didn’t get her repeat prescription sent to the pharmacy with had her end up in a&e for 5 hours with two ambulance drivers because her Blood pressure was so high and didn’t have the medication to help her. Again if Attenborough had their services and process sorted out the situation would have not escalated and it would not have led to 2 ambulance drivers sitting in a&e waiting for my mother to be seen.

Once again Attenborough it just shows you don’t learn, and one day you will cause some serious harm to someone’s life !

By far the worst surgery I've ever encountered in my life, staff were extremely rude, argumentative, discriminative and berligerant. The doctors are lazy and have no duty of care towards patients this practice should be CLOSED with the people running it.

I put a complaint in against one of their GPs (Dr Rajan) but the supervisor at this surgery (Louise or lewis) whatever her name is totally ignored my complaint she didn’t even bother to contact me.

Unfortunately 1 star was minimum they don’t even deserve that.
