Dubai Islamic Bank ATM

I am really surprised to see the bad experience of others had with DIB Business Bay Branch.After reading all the reviews, I visited the Branch at 1:30pm on 09-11-2021 with a positive mind for my bank statement .I was waiting for my turn and within 3 minutes Ms.Fatma from customer service attended my query and initiated the request within 5 minutes. It took only 10 minutes to complete my transaction. Ms.Fatma was very polite and patient and kind she listened to all my requests and tried to provide a solution promptly. I’m grateful to Ms.Fatma and service provided by her, she is such an angel without her my work wouldn’t be finishing today, from the beginning till the end she handled my issue and guided me step by step. Even though my case was handed over to a different customer service she was there and she was instructing a colleague about my request on how to approach. She deserves a massive respect. Overall my experience was awesome starting from security to branch manager they were all super helpful, generous and respectful.

I would like to thank Ms.Fatma and the Branch Manager for their professional service and the superb customer service. Please visit them and experience the difference of their service from the Security to the Branch Manager.
