I had a great experience shopping at this store in Windsor back in Feb 2023. Linda was the saleswoman who helped me and made it a fantastic experience. She was warm and inviting and helped me find a few key pieces for my wardrobe. I will come back when I’m back in the UK again!

I went to the Windsor store for a gift for my wife. I had no idea what to get and the lovely staff in the store took the time to show me several items. I decided to buy her a nice pair of boots. Thank you to the lovely staff for taking the time to help me.

Great range of dresses and jackets with styles and colours to suit all sizes. Although they didn't have the jacket I wanted in my size, staff were really helpful in offering advice and solutions. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was looking for an outfit for a date and plucked up courage to ask the assistant, Reena (who is actually the manager), for help. She picked out a glossy long-sleeved green velvet top which I wouldn't have chosen myself, and it's beautiful. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Reena. I had the most enjoyable experience in the Whistles store in Windsor. I travelled from Wraysbury to Windsor for the day shopping with my wife and made a purchase of a lovely dress. My wife was assisted by two lovely ladies who couldn’t have been nicer. They were exceptionally knowledgeable in their advice and were nothing but helpful, sincere and authentic in the service they gave us. My wife left not only extremely happy with her purchases but felt special after such a pleasant experience engaging with two delightful young ladies.
More stores need to offer a level of service like this.
One of the ladies was the manager and the other lady was Portuguese but we didn’t get their names. I just felt that you should know that the team in Windsor are a credit to your business

I'd lost heart trying to find a dress after shopping in Windsor for hours, but the ladies in Whistles were brilliant. They were so friendly and positive. They suggested some dresses I wouldn't usually try and I found the perfect style along with a bit of hope and self confidence!
I ordered a different size and colour on line and subsequent pick up visits/try ons were equally friendly and helpful. Sometimes the Windsor Station stores can be intimidating but so pleased I visited. Thank you ladies.

I was new to the area and popped into Windsor to find a present for my partner. I would thoroughly recommend this store, as all the assistants were great help and super friendly! They helped me find the perfect outfit, that my partner loved; she will definitely be visiting herself.
