Trusting them my nails for 5 years already and never regretted. I do my nails once a month and only with them I never bother about breaking. High quality of products and skilled professionals! Love this place and recommend to others ????????

I was a regular customer here. But today they lost me. First I got my toes done with hard gel and extension. Then two days later the extension broke. I came few days later and they fixed it.

After few days the tip of my nail broke due to me opening the door. I texted the receptionist to re book so I can fix it and she confirmed with me both on WhatsApp and a text message that my appointment is at 1 pm. I took a taxi instead of driving so I can reach fast. Then I come and she tells me “sorry we don’t have a booking available I just noticed all of my team is busy.”

I told her if they can at least file it to make it look better. She laughs at me and tells me maybe I can give you a file to file it and she did give me. Very very disappointed. I loved the staff and service but this is very unprofessional. A client is a client at the end of the day. And you just lost one. يا خسارة

I have done my nails with Precious the First Filipina in a Russian saloon but she did my nails with a Russian technique and with ombre that lasts more than a month and didn't hipped at all .I praise the owner that she hired a Filipina where we Filipinas can be comfortable doing with .Thank you Artzone for being considerate to any nationalities visiting without discrimination. more power.

Going to ArtZone since they opened. Usually doing my nails there. Gellish manicure lasts 3-4 weeks. It could be even longer but my nails grow quite fast.
For the last few month I'm going to do eyelash extensions also. Assem is my technician. Lashes last for 4-5 weeks. Such a relief for my eyes to be without mascara.
I always recommend ArtZone. Good services, good location, and not overpriced.

I went to the salon because a friend recommendation
Called before to ask price and did my booking

I had an nail extension that I needed to remove, also asked the price for it

But at the end they charged me for the first extension removal and for the extension refill… which it doesn’t make sense… if I’m paying for the removal of the extension ( which I asked), why I had to pay for the refill….. Try to talk with 3 different person. Ended going home not satisfied and not happy at all

To be fair.. the nails looks nice but not coming back or recommending…

I’m coming here since almost 2 years. The salon is modernized, so clean and most importantly: they actually sterilize the tools. The girls are doing an amazing job at cleaning the nails and they are very meticulous. I recommend it 100% ????
