Wonderful location, next to Nakheel Mall, Park and beach. The people at the reception are very helpful and polite. However I would advise to stay away from Shoreline apartments now, since there are constant “post-Covid” renovations, with drilling and hammering noise all day long (except for Sundays when the workers are not allowed into the building), and there is nothing you can do about it (renovations of one apartment a floor above us were taking 6 months - still not finished, renovations of another apartment on the same floor started recently). The buildings in Shoreline were constructed in such a way that the noise spreads through AC or the very thin walls or both. If your work does not permit you to sleep at night, or when you have to work from home, it will be a nightmare. Apart from lack of noise isolation inside the building, there are issues with maintenance such as bad smells from the AC (cleaning will not always help), mold, ants, no cold water in summer on higher floors (water in showers can be boiling hot, because the water tank is on the roof of the building).
