The staff is not approachable at all..!! Disgusting. First counter was vacant (no line) but I chose to queue on the 2nd cause she was bowing down writing stuff god knows what and doesn't even look at customers i mean she should've ask to queue there instead of waiting. I had to wait for my turn without suggesting to assist me. Then there she was ready to assist white ppl.

Don’t buy their cash card as they cheat by deducting a huge amount every month and will not even inform you as dormancy fee … eventually they will sweep your card which you feel has good amount and may get shock when you try to pay for something abroad … I am suffered from this and they are not accepting it to refund … will never recommend them

Your agency should learn that not every person from Africa is a thief. What nonsense customer service. I can't pick up money because I'm not a resident? So immigration at the airport didn't see I had a fake passport? Please employ people who know some degree of English and are polite enough to call you a thief to your face. Rubbish experience

Went yesterday to collect mere 300 AED through western union money . In the receipt it is mention my first and last name ( passport matching ) but emirates ID had fathers name too .
The guy at the counter told your name should match with the visa and not as per passport as I have fathers name too in visa . Anyway he advise me to bring original passport again after collecting from home and to my frustration he said ask the person who sent the money to amend your name as per visa !!
I have worked in bank too and there shouldn’t be any problem at all which leave the customer frustrated and could have been rectified by accepting it simply .

Any way I went to then nearest lane exchange and I receive the money Withouth all these complications as my name and receipt matching !!
I will not recommend anyone to visit there if you have a western union money transaction

Very bad place to do your transactions. They are very incompetent, and give awful services to customers. They are racist, and very wick to black. Like the own the world. They deserve no star

This branch usually not that crowded. So i like to go there to make transaction rapidly. Staff is also caring.

Very lively atmosphere and a buzzing food court with plenty of foodie options right from high street chains to independent restaurants. Situated near Russell Square Tube) underground station.
This shopping centre has flats and shops such as Waitrose, Robert Dyas, Superdrug. Also has restaurants and cafes.
Very cosy at the moment with its Christmas lights etc. The Brunswick centre is a centre which works, it has a community village feel to it.

Really enjoyed visiting here with a friend recently. We were there to go to the Funland arcade and had a nice time walking around the centre, outside the centre and in the opposite park where we also enjoyed food from a local pizzeria. I recommend checking it out, especially the Tian Tian Market which has so much to peruse, one of my favourite items I picked up was Mochi that i tried for the first time.

First time here. An impressive array of shops and restaurants. Great choice of food and drink outlets. Something for most tastes.

Not bad for a quick if not moderately costly experience as the main supermarket is Waitrose, there are the usual boots, superdrug stores as well as a mini amusement arcade and a okay selection of eateries.
