Been coming to this branch several times now but today I got really disappointed about the changes on the menu. (Missing food items i.e Halo-halo, fried chicken)

Also, the A/C is not working. They only had a makeshift cooler that is not capable to cool the place.

I hope the management address these concerns to keep the customers coming.

It’s been my 2nd time coming back to this restaurant due to my cravings. However, both experiences are not good. Most of their items in the menu are always “not available”. Cravings not satisfied ????????????

Food was good.
Restaurant was clean n neat
Ordered king chao fan double deal which has 2 halo halo petite ,2 iced tea n 3 somai.ordered peking chicken rice too.
I really love their halo halo.huge fan of it.
It comes in 3 diff size
Peking chicken is sweet.
Only drawback is it took long time for waiter to come n take order.nobody comes even if we call them.
There is screen in entrance so it blocks the view n we cant see the staff neither cab we call.so they have to keep in track.they should work on it.
But staff was friendly n polite though.

My 1st time ordering nasi goreng from chowking. It had rice 1 piece shrimp 1 egg and 3 sausage pieces. Thats it. This is 30 aed?

we went to have Lunch on 30th Nov, 2021...we order dine in and the make ready for take a way. Then they realized the mistakes and bring the food with the same plastic bowl without tray and the same plastic spoon. When i ask them y is this the answer is " we thought its take a way" its like big insult for us surrounding customer having with bowls in tray with steel spoon and we were like discrimination..i hate chowking al Nahda and wont suggest someone to go

Good dining and nice staff. They serve halal meat and price is bit expensive. I had clear soup and it was awesome. Open till midnight.

Love the luriat and king fao chicken.

Recommends the dessert halo halo.

Waiter pays no attention. Everytime had to call them from the counter.

I don’t know about food or anything and my review is all about management. Undoubtedly the staffs are nice and professional.

I have placed my order food and water to drink, the first time in my life I was informed by waiter that drinking water is not available, the supplier has not come today. That was really impossible to believe i had to go to the nearest grocery shop to buy water. I’m posting a photo of their placard with saying “Outside food and drink is not allowed”
They must remove it from wall.
