Maintenance service is extremely poor! And I share the same experience with other tenants as well. Our 1 year contract is almost up but issues in the flat are still not fixed (busted lights, broken window & a lot of other things). After several calls, follow ups and emails, no action from management. Do not ever get a flat in this building. Now, after sending a complaint email with all the things in the flat that need fixing, still no action. What a lousy kind of service!

It is an extreme nightmare if this is the company that provides maintenance in your building. After multiple reports, calls & emails, still not action from mgmt, we have busted lights on multiple rooms in the flat, leaking bidet, broken window, etc. Now, we got 2 more months until our contract is up & the company doesn't even care do address these issues! All this company knows is how to provide pure hassle and inconvenience to paying customers.

Very professional. When job is done, it’s done and does not need revisiting. Friendly staff from handling enquiry till job completion. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a company that actually knows what they are doing!
