I have stayed at the hotel a few times but the experience of the current stay has been the worst. The bathrooms have flies. Rooms were not serviced on time. The staff in particular ‘Syed’, the Duty Manager needs to be taught how to speak to paying guests. The person is disrespectful, impolite and rude. I’ve never seen and heard of such a behavior from a person working at the front desk. After staying for over a week I extended one day of stay to which the staff said its fine, pay when you’re ready. This person called more than 5 times and shouted so disrespectfully on the phone. When he knew I had back to back zoom meetings all day. He created a scene at the front desk when I went to pay. I have recommended more than 10 families who’ve stayed at the hotel.

My recommendation is NOT to stay at this hotel and look for other hotels which are at a walking distance from S19 with much more welcoming staff.

My family & I visited The hotel's Fusion Restaurant for a Family Friday Breakfast and I must say, we had a very good time! The food and ambiance were just too good!

All of us really loved the fresh croissants - plain, cheese and chocolate! The omelettes were a little let-down as they were not as how we had requested. Other than that,the food was v good.

We will surely come again.

Modern hotel , clean , free basement parking , quite area but close to most attractions , metro slightly far from hotel but easy to get a taxi and surrounding with shops and restaurants.Reasonable price , good area for families,good breakfast & customer service.

Update:
This is second stay in this hotel within a week,just want to add some points to my previous comments.

There is construction going on next to hotel which might be a noisy during day time.

I didn't stay in this hotel. I take just my breakfast here. breakfast with a large variety of food choices. I would definitely come back. good quality with and tasty.

Location is very near to Al jaddaf metro station. Its just walkable distance where you can cross the road and will be able to see the hotel. Around 500-600meters away

It offers banquet halls and many restaurants inside.

The banquet halls can accommodate upto around 50 people which will be best for a small party or functions.

They offer vegetarian and non vegetarian options.

Also in the restaurants there are many dine in options available .. example buffet lunch/dinner for 60 aed.

Visited here to attend a birthday party in their Fusion restaurant. The banquet was nice but service was very unorganised. The service personnel were not quite attentive to refill the buffet, provide cutlery or crockery as and when needed. But the location is very convenient and a few minutes walk from Al Jadaf metro station Gate 1 exit. The swimming pool view is quite nice as well! ????

Nice, clean, newly built hotel - room was spacious, staff were accomodating - location is slightly out of the way, but very close to the metro network (2min walk).
Would visit again.

Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful and brand new hotel. Comfortable room with quiet air conditioning system. The hotel is just at 5 min to the metro station. Unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned correctly behind the door. The pool is quite small and the road is noisy.

I recommend this hotel.
