Highly recommend, professional staff, very clean and teddy , there are very friendly, i love to do facial there , also Moroccan bath and body massage , i wish if they have the Himalayan salt massage again , over all it’s very e place to go and have time to relax yourself .

Extremely unprofessional service. I was gifted a voucher that was meant to last until July, but the world went into lockdown in March. After many many MANY attempts to try and redeem it as soon as lockdown restrictions loosened, to no avail they kept telling me the spa was closed until the voucher expired and I couldn’t redeem it. Even with the international PANDEMIC in play they could not make any considerations/exceptions for that fact and made no effort to let me or any voucher owners know that the spa was back open to even try and help us redeem our gifts.

Money completely wasted, they didn’t even offer to refund the amount. You would think that a pandemic itself would be enough of an excuse to at least try and show some hospitality to help retain customers, but alas.

Please do not gift from a place as inconsiderate, if you care about your own money and the person you are gifting.

expensive which is ok the work is good but its not really. the massage is not professional. the hammam which morocan bath is not professional and they dont use henna to get rid of dead skin in the body. the only i like is the atmosphere and the bikini wax there.

My evaluation is for the Moroccan Hammam only. Very Disappointed. The scrubing was superficial and for 5 min only. I ve been doing Hammam for more than 10 years, this is one of the least favorite one. I would remove more dead skin if i did the scrubing myself.

I find it the best in dubai - the reception and therapist both where very friendly.. And the place is clean and quiet and pricey too ????
