Зашёл купить краску,пол покрасить так и не купил .
Продавец индус, ничего не понимает.

FEDEX nationally! Shocking service: Constantly chasing money already paid, customer service non existent and if you can get someone they're not able to share contact details or escalate. I was told by a staff member "vote with your feet and don't use us". Says it all!!

Absolutely useless shipping company. Must be the worst one in the country. There is no customer service at all, parcels are always late and tracking is absolute rubbish with made up information. They require you to sit at your home for days just to receive your parcel because you never know when it might arrive and they won’t leave it in a safe place.

I can only assume that if Fedex have a corporate manifesto it is to be worse than Hermes/Evri.

Utterly useless company, won't leave parcels unless someone is in to sign, almost impossible to rearrange delivery, don't leave slips, have the most awkward portal you could imagine. Why do companies insist on using this utter shower. On ringing the helpline I got a member of staff who was no use whatsoever, couldnt find the delivery, said I need to wait for the next attempted redelivery "tomorrow", when asked will they definitely redeliver tomorrow "they might". Not allowed to transfer to a supervisor or manager or complaints department.

Every time.

Paid extra for international priority shipping(1-2 working days). One week after still don't have a proper information when can I collect my parcel. Tracking system isn't helpfull at all.

For two days now I'm trying to get my parcels. They tried to deliver while I was at work, website is useless and they're closed during the weekend.
I will make sure I will not use their services again.

can't speak to them just a recorded message,do not answer emails.wrong address twice.DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

If you would like to leave Fedex parcel with them you have to pay extra £2.50 to mailboxes etc.

FedEx delivery drivers can't seem to read addresses, twice I have had deliveries from them and they deliver it to the wrong house both times!
