Had a great time at Al Bayt, Palace Downtown! Okay so here is an unbiased review. My friend and I were welcomed well by, Edison, Girlie & Karren.

Location is a 10! No question about it! Beautiful setting, fresh flowers everywhere ????

Service is top notch 10!

Food I think they can improve on the selection of their sandwiches and pastries but it's a 6 out of 10, not bad but they can improve it.

Drinks is a 10! (From teas and coffee, iced or hot is unlimited)

Edison Reyes (yes remembered his surname) warm and welcoming guy, he's the one who made our afternoon tea a delight! ✨️he took care of us like royalty ✨️

Girlie she made sure we have the best spot in the lounge to take our photos ✨️

We'll be back for sure!

The pros : nice sitting area, located near the lobby yet separate from it. Ideal for a light bite and a quick business meeting. Good service and excellent almond croissants
The cons : low tables aren’t ideal if you plan to have a proper meal

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, The staffs are really friendly and know what they're doing, Specially Jane she is so accommodating, you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority and they give endless recommendations. Food is pretty good and cozy, its so worth it!

It was an exquisite experience dining in at Al Bayt. It offers an excellent environment, ambiance, and great food. It is a perfect place to unwind and meet up for casual business meetings. Moreover, the employees are very welcoming, Edison who assisted us was outstanding and very attentive to all our requests. I will recommend and hopefully, come back with more of my friends.????

One of the best authentic cuisines they served with good customer service. Remarkable fine dine restaurant with comfy ambiance. The desserts are out of this world.

Had my snacks at Albayt lobby lounge. I ordered Lemon crumble cake and refreshing fresh virgin mojito as my drink. I'd like to commend Jane for a very nice and friendly service

I had an afternoon tea with friends and my daughter, and the experience was wonderful. Jane was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs/requests. Ambience is stunning, especially in the evening. I absolutely recommend the place!
