It’s such a great experience! Good spot to hang out with friends even families! ❤️❤️❤️ Good place also to have business meetings ???????????????????????? Good food! Nice view! And mostly good service! staff’s are well accommodating, friendly and very approachable. We had a good dine served by Jane, Girlie and Karen! Thanks to these ladies! ❤️❤️❤️

I was 3 nights and it was wonderful The Palace Downtown Dubai is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The Imperial Suite at The Palace is a stunning and spacious accommodation option that offers guests the ultimate in luxury and comfort.

The suite is beautifully designed, with an elegant and sophisticated aesthetic that combines traditional Arabian design with modern luxury. The suite features a separate bedroom, living room, and dining area, all with stunning views of the Dubai Fountain and the surrounding cityscape. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious king-size bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom is also impressive, with a large soaking tub, separate rain shower, and luxury toiletries.

The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, providing personalized service to ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The on-site facilities are also exceptional, with a swimming pool, fitness center, and a variety of restaurants and bars.

We were wonderful experience in accommodations, close to the Dubai mall for everything approaching, especially the staff in front desk or luggage service Ruig have to us a wonderful, professional customer service that we might have a luggage loss. We received not all damages, thank you for caring us and we are appropriate your services. We are definitely come back in next time, hopefully see us!

The Dubai Downtown was created by the Emaar Real Estate Development Company, Before 2000 this place was called Umm Al Tarif, After 2000 Umm Al Tarif was changed to The Dubai Downtown, It is home to some of the city's largest landmarks including Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall,[2] and Dubai Fountain. It covers an area of 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi), at an estimated cost of US$20 billion (Dh73 billion) upon completion and as of 2017, had a population of 13,201.[citation needed]

The development is situated along Sheikh Zayed Road, across from Al Wasl locality on the northwest. It is bounded to the south by Business Bay and to the northeast by Financial Centre Road, which separates it from Zabeel 2 and Trade Centre 2.

Arabic low-rise vernacular style of architecture is present in the Old Town, while high-rise contemporary buildings dominate the rest of the development. Downtown Dubai offers a range of high-end hotels such as Address Downtown, Vida Downtown, Al Manzil Downtown, as well as attractions such as a luxury Arabian market, Souk Al Bahar and a 3.5 km-long strip of restaurants and cafes on Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Boulevard. Souk Al Bahar has over 100 shops and over 20 restaurants, cafes and lounges adjacent to the Dubai Fountains.[3]Burj Khalifa is the centrepiece of Downtown Dubai. This place is true heaven on earth! The service is unmatched. The location is perfect. We could see the fountain show from our room. The Dubai Mall is walking distance from the hotel. The Burj Khalifa is also very near.

We were greeted by Mamta, who is exceptionally nice!! She remembered our names and her smile is contagious.

Misha helped us check-in and is very helpful and provided us with great recommendations.

The breakfast is amazing!! The support staff is so, so attentive. I wish I knew all of their names--they truly made our stay special. Anything we would ask for, they would bring in the matter of minutes. We would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Thank you for making our first trip to Dubai so special.

I recently had an unforgettable dining experience at Ewaan. The restaurant's captivating ambiance and elegant decor set the perfect tone for a delightful meal. The food exceeded all expectations, with each dish being a masterpiece of flavors and attention to detail. The desserts were a perfect conclusion to the meal, and Ahmed, made the experience even more enjoyable with his exceptional service and warm enthusiasm for Ewaan's culture and cuisine. Thanks to Ahmed and Adam for creating an unforgettable dining experience. Ewaan truly excels in every aspect of the dining experience, and I can't wait to return for more culinary wonders.
