Guys, avoid if possible as the customer service is a nightmare. It seems that they want to hold on to the deposit as long as possible. At the time of the final bill they say it would take up to 10 days to prepare the cheque for the refund, however, there is the option of getting your refund faster through bank transfer if you provide your details.
Despite following up on the refund, its been almost 2 weeks and I am yet to receive an update.

Somany hidden charges.. 150dhs+Vat for disconnection, service charges of 56 dhs every 3 months.. in addition to this they will not refund for the unused gas.( Min recharge Qty is 10m3)

Worst central gas system ever dealt with. Too many hidden and high charges for services like disconnection. No point of charging 150 Aed plus vat for disconnection. Moreover they don't have small quantity refill and any excess unit available will not be refunded too. Very strange rules!!!!

Very professional team, efficient and hassle free. Great experience with the company, even the final bill, deposit pay back and office visit were absolutely great. Thank you for the awesome experience guys. Keep up the great work.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!! They very quick wanting their money for payments but can’t even return the deposit on time in a proper way. Fair enough!!! Explain to me why when I arrived to pick up the check waisting my time to drive all the way to you, you can’t even spell my name correct on the check??? How difficult is to just to copy and past my name even correct.

People it’s already 2020 and you still have not caught up with the world??? Have you ever heard about electronic bank transfer’s????

when you connect the service, they take your money in one second, when you start to beg them for your deposit it take a month with endless calls to get your money back!!!! this disrespectful , show courtesy for the people who spends t25 years paying their bills on time!!!

from my experience with them if i know that there is a building which alfahidi provide gas i will not rent in it ... lot of payments for no reason ... lot of complicated process
