Poor Service, we placed our order last wednesday and this delivery guy Sunil , inform us that it will be delivered yesterday SUNDAY, we tried calling him but he always say " On the way". Until now (MONDAY) our order is still on the way?

Very very poor service. We sent our initial orders with complete details and pictures even, but they delivered the wrong items. We have paid in cash by the way. We then called and sent an email for replacement of those item, but it's been a week and counting and no one ever came. We sent them a formal letter of complaint, still no action. This is our first encounter in this company but our staff who worked for previous companies before has told us that Grand Stationery is very unreliable, slow and very poor service. We gave it a try thinking maybe they are wrong, but this incident proved otherwise. Never deal with this company ever.
