I always bought small viand here and ask for a soup for take away. and now they are charging 1aed for the soup (might for the costing), but the thing is I bought nilaga, what happen is I have to pay 1aed for the soup. so what if I will not pay 1aed for the soup. what you will call it then?!?! nilaga without soup? very non-sense..

Very rude and very bad customer service. The food is good but the service is very bad. Next time, know the word RESPECT.

Very bad service, we have waited 30mins for our order. Only to find put after 40 mins that they forgot to prepare our order. (March 9,2023 8:59PM)

We've been in this restaurant for the first time. But we didn't expect that this will be the worst experience ever. Because me and my hubby ordered la paz batchoy and but it's not in the menu . When they serve it. It was beef mami with cubed beef cut, capsicum, carrot and egg. And the soup was literally colored water. And they insisted that what they gave us was la paz batchoy and not beef mami because it has egg. And for the dessert we ordered vanilla ice cream cone. But what they gave us is yellow colored ice cream in a plastic cup. While paying the 'Lady cashier said if you dont want this ice cre am just cancelled it no problem. What else do you want?? She said that while talking with someone on the phone. What an experience... Dont eat in this restaurant please guys!!! What a waste of money????????
