Totally unprofessional. No support on complaining and no solution. I have been lied by sales guy. Advice, triple check the vapes and liquids regardless of what they say because after you buy it is your problem. I buy what they are recommended. They said this vape is one the best vape and that brand also best brand in the world. But after buy it within 24 hrs i have to throw 2 Pods. Because Inside coming free 2 Pods. but that pods already burn. and also that vape is too much leaking. After i go and ask what I want to do. They said its not there problem and Its company problem. So why they sell like that things. After They said they cant do anything. After they shouting me and kick out from the shop. I lost 200 Diram within 1 day.

So disappointed that this dealership and service center have forgotten it is about customer service. We are never going here again and suggest that others demand respect when they are handing over hard earned money. They want only earned money. I ask to buy good vape. I said What ever price I will pay but give me a good one. After I buy what they are recommended. Because Im new to using vapes. I only use 1 day. Started to leaking liquid from the vape. I going again and I show it. They said all vapes like this. Leaking is a normal issue. So I just want to know if that liquid going to my body from the mouth and something happened to me Is that a normal issue ? I lost my money they didn't do anything. everyday when i going that shop to ask solution they shouting me and said to buy new one.

Totally Disapointed ! They sell good brands vapes. But i think these brands and vapes are fake. If its real how within 2, 3 days vapes started to leaking, pods burning, Vapes heating, and charging pods burning. I lost my money. Please dont do that for customers.

Totally Disappointed. Please respect to customers. When we going to buy something they making big drama. After we buy something if have any problem with vapes they treat us like a animals.
