Superb place and atmosphere. Budget friendly plus good service... The coffee was amazing. Would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy some good shisha with a good atmosphere... Also if you want to work, its highly recommended you will get free WiFi and everything you need. Tried watermelon flavour shisha it was light and good just the way i like. Highly recommended.

Loving the atmosphere of the restaurant. It is exactly how I want it to be. Peaceful, jubilant and jolly, the food and services here are top notch. I've got the best starters and beverages here. Definitely would recommend this place to each and every single one. ????????

Amazing coffee & sheesha with plenty tv’s and relaxed ambience, highly recommended place .

About Al fakhar cafe it's good all the Staff is good expect Ms.Amel her Behavior Towards the Guest is worst..
I request to Management to look over this matter because from since 3 month regularly I visit the Cafe

I do visit this cafe regularly bcz i love the shisha prepared by Jimmy and dipesh...
I do respect the staff over here
But to be honest... I was upset with management over here with Ms Amale... The supervisor behaviour is worst of the worst...

I visited here for what I hoped would be a nice lunch overlooking the beach and the pier. The view is great, but the rest is awful. I waited 15 minutes before I finally went inside to see if I could get a menu and was told by a member of staff that someone would be out in a minute. 10 minutes later I went back inside to see what was going on and was told that they were sorry and someone would be straight out, which they were. I ordered a beer, which was eventually plonked on the table, and looked at the menu and waited and waited but nobody came. There were only 2 other tables with customers on, so it was not busy. I finished my beer with still nobody to ask me for my order, so I left.

To make matters worse, I stupidly the next morning, went back for breakfast, hoping that it was a poor day on their part, and plus the fact that the view is great. The same thing happened. I sat down and waited and waited, nobody came. I left after 20 minutes and said to the person behind the counter I'm leaving because I cannot get served. To which he said 'I know, I'm sorry'.

Terrible service. Great location. Shame!

Awful customer service! Waitress that calls everyone "my lady" shouldn't be allowed near customer.

This place does not look well (bit messy inside, toilet not in the best shape, chaos). But they have very good fish and chips, good cafe latte.
