It’s a new Ethiopian club with incredible nice staff , and the cheapest drink menu I guess in whole Dubai ..

It is 16 min away from dubai international airport., rooms were spacious and comfortable
Good spa
Courteous staff
Had no issue with my 7 nights stay

We went on a Friday night stay. As this hotel has a night club for both North Indian and south Indian. Even at 3 am in the morning we were getting up from bed due to the sound from the bottom floor. Hence if you book the room make sure you take the top floor or don't go on Friday night stay. You can check the photos of the room. The room is average and neat. Kinda good service for the rate as well.

Great hospitality and services. Tasty and good quality buffet. Rooms are spacious , neat and tidy. Good view from balcony. Booking cost is reasonable. Hotel manager Harish and staffs are very friendly. Hotel location is in very good spot for shopping and sight seeings.

-Dirty cups
-The bottle of water in the room was Opened
-Dirty tray
-Trash bin doesn't open
-Kettle broken & dangerous (doesn't switch off)
-Dirty.. They dont vacuum, nor clean the cups
-The transportation is far away from the hotel. It is LITERALLY double the distance mentioned.. It takes 20 minutes walking to reach the metro station.
-Dirty bathroom floor.. They don't clean it.
-Very loud Noise from the nightclub of the hotel, and the airport is close by so every 5 minutes there is a flight with a pretty loud noise.
-Limited coffee milk tea water per room ( 2 sachets of each, if you want more they argue about it, although i talked to the manager, he offered me an extra sachet of nescafé that day.. As if I'm a child. And he told me that every room gets 2 sachets per day. I went to over 69 hotels in my life and never seen this. These are refillable items everywhere in the world)... Very cheap.
-Regardless of the do not disturb sign.. They still knock on your door.
Kids are playing in the whole way loudly, and staff are calling each other in the corridors loudly that wakes you up.
-Poor English for all
-Cheap management
-Folding bathroom floor towels so they don't wash it.
-room size is smaller than the description, unless you make a big fuzz out of it then they will change you to the right room.
-they are not Transparent, they said to me over the phone that i can check in early whereas when i arrived they charged me for it

One of the worst Hotels that I have stayed in. The absolute worst. More of a dance bars frenzy than a hotel. Not at all recommended for family and kids.

They give zero importance or support to the customers. The room service is also bad as they wouldn't even bring you laundry bags upon request.

In addition there was continuous and loud noise and music throughout the night making it nearly impossible for us and the 2 month old baby to sleep.

I'm from Kolkata 1st time visitor of Dubai, I booked via MMT (Rs.2200/Night), after booking I read some negetive review about night club sound, staff behaviour etc but after spending 2 night, My review

No Noise in 2nd floor
Staff are good and Basically Indian
Very Good Rooms, Hot water 24x7
Clean Washroom with bathtub
Centralised Ac (rooms have temp controlars)
And Please book before came
Because Direct Charges will be 5500 to 7000 rupees per night
And Make my trip Give it at 2000-2500 / Night
You only have to pay tourism tax at reception (10 dirham /night)

Located in the old part of the city, the hotel is near enough to DXB airport and close to some electronic shops and water front. The service is good too. However, it reminded me of the transit hotels in Addis. The floors are carpeted and old, furniture uninspiring and very noisy from the heavy traffic. It is also far from the modern Dubai city.
