Very bad . Stuff not qualified at all by how to communicate or how to do their job . No body answer the calls. No body give you any update about your car . Even the time from 5 days go to 14 days . and the car still there with very bad work even they put the name of the car upside down . I don’t know how they haired like this people . With no experience or knowledge. Even I made a complaint and no one contact me or even send me a message. and waiting for the part for more than 5 month . It’s only a trunk and diffuser. !!!! For a very miner dent need maximum 2 days to fix .thanks for nothing ???? pics for the car before and after more than 14 days work ????and the car still not finished / logo - balance - 100% 0

The service advisor Abhijith and his team has done a brilliant job. Starting from the initial assessment for the work till delivery Abhijith has been very prompt and followed up proactively to get the job done. Keep up the good work.

These guys are fast, Professional and very Polite. even though the spare parts took over a month to arrive, I got my Company Car (CHR) repaired and delivered in less than 8-9 days. There were a lot of repair and replacement plus touchup jobs including paint that ideally should have taken a much longer time. The Service Advisor Mr. Haroon certainly deserves a lot of Good Compliment. Extremely happy to have mat him. he definitely handled our case with utmost precision on commitments of delivery. I look forward to go back for a coffee some day - Hopefully not with another accident case(Smile)

It was the best experience ever in Dubai.
My insurance unfortunately did not cover the full cost and pushed me to used different garages several time.
At the end, I decided to pay the difference and no better decision was ever taken.
Ryan is the best professional I ever met. He took me by “hand” and provided his support since the beginning, providing updates almost every day.
I was amazed by the final result and the quality of the job done.
I will surely recommend Al-Futtaim body shop and working with Ryan!

Had a hole in the rear wall of our new caravan and a scrap along the rear locker door.
The puncture had started to crack and craze.
What a wonderful job they done. Its perfect.
They also cleaned the caravan. Great communications throughout.
If l am unlucky enough to need any body work done l would not hesitate
To use Precision body repair.

Both Gregg and Brendan couldn't have been any nicer or professional. Really nice guys who did a fantastic job on repairing the body work and quite bad damage to the back of my car to bring it back to looking as good as new again. Very helpful and kept me up to date on everything. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again should the need arise. They even cleaned it for me both inside and out. Delighted with end result. If you need any work done use these guys ????

Brendan and the team fixed my car after it had been damaged and repaired poorly previously. The full process was easy and they talked me through the work required and parts needed. It was a quick turn around and the work they done is phenomenal. My car looks new again and their workmanship is flawless. Would definitely recommend.

10/10 for quality and service. Precision Body Repair did a great job repairing paint work after a losing battle with a cement wall. They turned around the car within one working day just before Christmas. Will definitely be going back if their services are needed again!

Great job done by Brendan and the team in fixing my car.
The rear bumper had been smashed by another car leaving the paint, rear light and bumper damaged. Everything was fixed making it look like new again.
The car was picked up on time as agreed, dropped off on time, cleaned and detailed, and the hire car was also taken away.
Can't thank you enough, would highly recommend!
