I have given my car for bumper repair and it's more than 10 days..and no clue due to holidays.. no one has been picking up the phone for the past 3 days. I have been following up... even the sales agent is not answering his whatsapp number, just to give feedback on the current status..

Bad experience from the start. Though i had an appointment for dropping the accident car had to wait for an hour. Now after 5.5 weeks the car is still not ready. Every time I call i get excuses that the delay is with the insurance. The accident was not my mistake. The car is only 1 year old and fully maintained by Toyota. Bad follow up through the assigned employee. You can't reach anyone else as the landline number goes into a full mailbox. A nightmare . Never ever Toyota again. My first and last car.

Ver very bed service I suggest every one not to come here every body confused not good dealing with customers they are not professional I had very bed experience here ever in my life specially Mr Adward his behavior with customers very bed ????????????????

Actually zero stars .very very bad service, very bad costumer service, one month car was sleeping in there no one want to work , i hope al futtaim owner change all the stall

Musaab did a great job, he provided me with accurate information from the beginning until I received my car.
I did have a car accident, and the came out in perfect condition !
He was totally transparent about the process, he kept me updated with the car fixing process.
I recommend him for every single person coming to Toyota Bodyshop.

Wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Lexus body shop.
My service advisor was Mr. Muhammad Salman whose service has been exemplary.
He provided daily updates, was transparent about the timelines and the process.
They have done a great job on the car. All staff I met were helpful and polite.
I am a happy customer, thank you Salman.

Amazing wildlife, and it's so nice to have the goats here.
However, there are reports here of attacks by dogs on the goats, which lead to the fatalities of some goats. Which is very sad, so please respect the local wildlife in 'the Goat Gulley', and as the signs request keep dogs out/on leads.

Great hilly climb leading to Clifton downs. This is a peaceful area great for sitting and relaxing.The noise from the nearby a4 is hidden by the steep cliffs either side.Goats are roaming here gently nibbling the overgrowth.
