Fast service. They also picked and dropped my car. My business hours were not affected. Original parts. Value for money. I got a honest advise on prices. So I was able to make an informed decision. Connect with Mr sharafudheen. He is the person you would want to go to. He will see to it that the service given to you in ten star????????

WORST SERVICE CENTER!!!

1.They will not initiate a call nor update their customers regarding the status of their cars.

2.They will force you to pay inspection charge but they won’t give you a computer scan or receipt of its inspection and testing report.

3.They disregard your calls, concerns and request (requested for a new Service Advisor) even you have raised report / feedback from their Customer Service center. They just took an action since I threatened them that I will report to the police that my car is missing (dropped my car to DIP branch 6 days ago yet they can’t and won’t tell you where exactly the car is).

4.Worst, they mishandled my car. Due to their poor service, I opted to pull out my car. I sent the recovery truck and as their usual procedure the driver sent me video and picture before loading in his tow truck, I’ve noticed already some scratches / damages on my car. I informed the advisor but he is saying that they don’t know and they can’t do anything!!!

Fantastic service. After not being impressed with a different branch, these guys were amazing. They found and fixed faults that other garages didn't detect - a very thorough job. I dealt with Akhil, who was great at keeping me informed and went the extra mile. Will only use this garage from now on! 100% would recommend.

Service quality is good but the staff in the service Centre reception is horrible. No communication unless you call first, promise to get back to you and don't, don't reply to messages. This has happened to myself and my wife multiple times so we will go elsewhere from no on.

Clearly there is a lack of the customer care in their service. Management should take a look at their company culture and should retrain and help staff improve their soft skills.

Disappointing! I took my car for PMS and was informed thata pipe /hose needs to be replaced. It took them more than two weeks to return my car. Mr Gokul has given all excuses in the world and will not apologize for not giving timely and honest update. I have to rent a car in order to get around while waiting for them to have time to attend to my car. The level of customer service of this branch has deteriorated. Customer service center keeps telling me that someone from this branch will call and update but not a single call from these people! Unbelievable. If you value your time, dnt bother to come to this branch.

Once you get beyond the levels and levels of empty permit spaces, there are plenty of spots. Super easy to pay on the app. It has a narrow entry but no big deal really. Handy to the Holiday Inn next door and 10 mins walk to the town centre.

Where to begin?

All lower floors are for platinum and gold card holders only, whoever the heck they are. Had to go round in circles until I reached the 10th floor just to park. Due to traffic, I was already in a rush, and didn't realise you're expected to "check in" on arrival (seriously, what kind of car park requires this?). So, 4 hours later, I return to my car only to find out I can't pay because I didn't check in. I tried going online but couldn't find anything helpful, so I drove to the bottom floor to see "security", but no one answered (buzzer seemed to be broken, but no one answered my knocks either). So, I left without paying (no barriers). Not sure who to contact to pay for the almost 4 hours I was parked there.

The car park is tight, not great for average to larger sized cars. But, the lack of spaces for the general public and visitors on the lower floors is frustrating, as is their silly check in feature. I've lived on this earth 45 years and have resided in three different countries. Never have I been asked to check in at a car park.

Ditch the app, Grainger. Make life simple again. Make it easier to pay.

They charged us 40 pounds even though we stayed for 1,5 hour .. never in the world saw a weird paying system like that before . They say they pay you back the amount you’ve stayed.. but it’s 2 weeks now and we haven’t got our money back

Very tight entry and exit for anything other than a small car. 1st few floors are permit only so you'll be on a high floor to find a space. Poor design for a relatively new car park considering the size of modern cars.

Stayed in a hotel close to this car park. The hotel’s car park was full so I used Grainger Town. I was really impressed with the car park. Easily accessible and the price is fantastic. My car stayed here from 6:30pm-8:30pm and I paid £0.79. There’s not many places in cities that is that cheap. You can also pay via using PayByPhone app which just makes life incredibly easy.

Current charges:
Monday – Saturday: (8am – 5pm) £1.00 per hour or £6.00 daily charge
Monday – Saturday: (5pm – 12:00am) Free
Sunday: (8am – 6pm) £3.00 daily charge
Sunday: (6pm – 12am) Free

Number of spaces:
401 (includes 9 disabled bays, 5 motorcycle stands, 8 bicycle stands, 10 bicycle lockers; Citypark permit bays; & Electric Vehicle charging points).

Really difficult car park to use iro paying. It says £9 per day but when you book it is much more. You also have to book in advance which isn't very obvious.

Pathetic car park, both sides of lifts not in service so if you have a pram or disabled pretty much have to go down through the actual Cark park! Typical car park in Newcastle, run down and shoddy.
