Quite decent hotel. Rooms clean and frequently attended by room service. Personnel friendly and helpful. Indian cousine very good, however breakfasts same every day and coffee terrible. Get a good coffee maker for your guests and stop serving that instant cheap nescaffe.

Room was spacious and nice. The bathroom was however old and water leaking from the bathtub. Unfortunately the staff are not friendly at all, room service and reception. Bad customer service and the restaurant not good at all. The Indian food was NOT NICE at all.

Be careful with this hotel.
They will make you pay for the things we did not use from the mini bar and snacks.
During check out they made me pay extra ..
Rooms are okay....

They are incredible. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel in the DIP area.

On behalf of my company "SERVHUB" we would like to thank the management of Fortune Park Hotel for such a lovely arrangements done for the IFTAR gettogether. The management and Staff was very courteous Specially Mr. Alok and Mr. Bipin.
As you enter the place you are welcomed by a magnificent setting.
The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters, and delicious buffet .
All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food.
I highly recommend Fortune Park Hotel for all corporate events .

Great room, very spacious especially Executive Suite, very poor reception staff, Not al all customer friendly..And food in the hotel is below average..

We had an event at you property. Mr Ashwin was very helpful. The event was very successful and we all enjoyed a lot. Hope to see you all again.
