We the employee of a highly reputed company running for more than 20years(Illumina Adcertising LLc) in dubai were supposed to get a refund of loan application as per this unprofessional guy named Mr. Mahesh Acharya(Salesman-Toyota showroom Dubai Festivql City) who on 16.09.2022 confirmed that our refund will be processed by today i.e.17.2022. On which when our manager called him today on 17.09.2022 ye just started yelling at us without listen to anything like -'call me tomorrow i cannot talk today is my day off today '. We being a very old B2B cutomer of toyota are very much disappointed by these kind of instances and are afraid that salesman like this Mahesh Acharya will leave a negative impact of Toyota and most probably Al Futtaim Group which our company trusts from a long time.

Al Futtaim Motors has big chian of car dealerships worldwide. It commenced its business from UAE but with the passage of time it maintains its services quality and standard which helps the Al Futtaim to grow by day and night. It may be become one of the largest firm in Middle East and South Asia in next one or two decades as quickly it alread is growing. When a car user gets all solutions under one roof regarding his/her vehicle then why would he prefer any other dealership? This philosphy has changed the entire environment around and inside the company itself. I would say WOW on strategies and policies of Al Futtaim.
