I had given my car for repair and had to spend 3 weeks on car rental in the meantime. The fixing was only side panel above tyre which had scraped as it was too close to a wall while turning.

I realised where they fixed the panel, the window kept dropping. So I called and informed them. First they tried to sleeze their way out of it and after numerous emails agreed.

I took the car the second time around they fixed the issue for which they cut my car tint and returned. The car tint was now only 3/4 as they cut the quarter. Imagine how ugly it looks. I paid for something you damage it and even return it to me just ignoring and act as if nothing happened?

Is that normal? I mean how can you spoil the customer car?

I had a stipulated time frame which I missed since it obviously takes time and money to keep running back. Since I missed coming back third time for their mistake so the offer to fix what damage they did to my car is expired.

It doesn't matter really you have spoiled my car. You are responsible to fix. I am so ashamed of the service they provided. A REAL SHAME such a big name and such attitude. Their excuse it had one year warranty.
It's two different things you have damaged the tint by cutting it. Has nothing to do with the time frame or warranty.

They damaged my car and are just trained to wash their hands off.

The best place to buy your car from specially if you are dealing with the agent Mrs. Jihan Bark who handled my request from A to Z with ease requirements, fast action and in a professional friendly way with a smile on the face all the time. Even in her weekend days she supported to the maximum.

I would like to thank her for all the efforts and apologies for the inconvenience I caused her.

JAC cars-Habtoor motors, is the best place if you are looking for "best of the rest" cars options, aggressive pricing for the kind of car the brand offers, with pocket friendly financing deals and knowledgeable sales executives. Best sales manager I have ever met - Mr Nicky not only was aware of the minute details of the car, but also knows the know how of the financing deals and benefits too. Always takes calls, expedites the process and works towards customer delight. Highly recommend the place.

I bought a Fuso pick up for my company and unfortunately I had deal with salesman named Simon. If you are going there try to find someone else than him, he delayed the delivery time as much as he could. There is no one who you could talk and complain so he was getting that confidence from there.
