My first deal with Al Huzaifa Furniture ended-up with me paying the full amount of 6 dining table chairs that are never delivered!!!!
The sales man said that the delivery of the chairs were supposed to be approximately 2 months - by end of March 2023- after the full payment was made.
I kept following-up with them several times until someone answered me saying that the container is delayed and I may choose other chairs from the store. The problem is that I don’t like any other chairs!
Now - towards the end of May 2023- and again after calling them several times, I got an answer 2 days ago, saying that their partner who’s supposed to deliver the shipment is delayed and - the broken record - that I can choose other chairs!!!!
My gut feeling is that they give away the chairs for other orders.
Just don’t pay for such shops anything in advance and be careful when dealing with them.

Extremely Poor Quality & Customer Service

We bought a sofa & after 4 months it started sagging & crumpling.

On complaining they took it & returned back after 3 weeks. After one month again it started sagging & crumpling.

Again they have taken it for repair.

Is this what is expected from a Huzaifa furniture which puts itself as top furniture brand in UAE?

No accountability, no customer satisfaction only High Priced inferior quality with poor services peddled.

Al Huzaifa Furniture is one of the best in terms of quality and luxury. We are really grateful to Ms. Farah, she provide us a very exceptional assistance.
Her patience, very easy access service in customer service. She help us every step of the way, until present since we have upcoming projects in the pipeline.

My favorite luxury furniture store. I am a customer in Al Huzaifa furniture since so many years. Love the designs, the quality, colors and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, delivery is quick and professional team who can fix quickly and they do leave their mess and boxes at your place.

The best furniture in uae and Alaa in jumeria branch is an amazing person . She is perfect for her job , she has an amazing sense of choice and help through out according to our taste . She is very patient and kind . Thank you Alaa you truly deserve to be the manager .
