This branch is very convenient small branch very professional service . ATM also available . Not crowded. I like the VIP service ( priority banking ) . Fast and very professional.

I am not a customer of EIB however recently I had to deal with the bank as POA for one of their customers who was settling his mortgage early due to the sale of his property as he is out of the country. I had the good fortune of dealing with a lady at the Bank on Al Wasal road Branch whose name was Nazish. I found Nazish to be very knowledgable helpful, confident, and calm who kept me updated throughout the process and indeed assisted in getting the liability letters speedily. Nazish is a credit to Emirates Islamic Bank and indeed your organisation. I know she will excel in her chosen career in banking, and I wish her the very best for the future. Thank you Nazish,

Most terrible bank branch
You take the token and wait for ages
No one to ask or guide you
Then after one hour wait they will say we’re on break
Not up to standards with UAE services and banking overall.

The waiting time is very long and there is only one employee. I will definitely close my account with them and open with another bank

I applied my credit card 2weeks ago, and everything goes smoothly but the thing is i didnt receive any email calls or even a message when they will deliver my card to me, so what i do is to call there customer service hotline but it end up nothing in this hotline there is an option there that for existing customer and none existing customer so since i didnt receive my card yet i choose none existing customer bcoz in the existing customer you need to put your card number which is i dont have since i didnt receive my credit card, so i choose this none existing customer then on that there is an option to click on the number the thing is i need to talk to customer service and i should have to click the 0 but when i click it the automated robot told me sorry the number you dialed is wrong so i call another number of EI and it leads me to GENERAL INQUIRIES but the the people there cannot even help me and transferred my call to another customer service! Such a waste of time but no body still can help me, then i called again this GENERAL INQUIRIES AND one guy who answer my call and check my status on his system helps me a lot only one person who helped me a lot and he check my phone number name so that he will know when they will deliver my credit card! For those people that i talk too who cannot help a begging customer like me how you become a customer service if you will so im so sorry this is not the right line that you can talk too, which is i explained already why i cannot talk to this customer service in the number of 600 599995 and please EI KINDLY CHECK YOU CUSTOMER HOTLINE NUMBER ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR THE OPTION "0" FOR NONE EXISTING CUSTOMER! IM SUPER MAD AND UPSET!

This was the first time we had our prescriptions sent to Boots Cromer and it was a better experience than we have had on our last few visits to a different pharmacy

Excellent. Friendly, helpful staff; good stock levels and can order for collection at a cost of nothing. Lucky to have such a store in Cromer.

This is a busy shop and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. On bad days you may have to wait whilst someone needs additional help and this slows up the service. However feel we are very lucky to have a shop of this quality in Cromer.

This shop is always clean and tidy when I have visited. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacist I spoke to when I was last in there was amazing she was so helpful and couldn't have done anymore for me if she had tried. Highly recommend this store.
