Excellent service by Ms. Rosy, Best Haircut by Ms. Diana,i alwys think million times before i hv do anything to my hair, skin, going to any Salon too, very choosy and want perfect result, after visiting Al Ibtisama, i am so very happy, the haircut, cleanup, massage service, blow-dry, has left me with a feel of so pretty me, thanks to the wonderful services :)

I have been a regular client for the past three years at Al Ibtisama. Their services have been extraordinary and consistent all this while. They have very well trained staff who makes me so comfortable and relaxed every time i went there. I had been skeptical about the concept of waxing and was not used to it however it was a very smooth ride with them. Divya and Rosy - the staff there are a pro with what they do. Ms Diana had been really supportive with the services and last moment appointment. Thank you guys for the wonderful service and keep rocking as always;)

I would say thankyou for the wonderful service they give..Good quality products..Friendly staff..i am a regular customer with Al Ibtisama and like their Service..Divya their staff is very friendly and does good facial and waxing..Would suggest everyone to visit the Salon..as their rates are affordable too

This place is a national disgrace! Exorbitant charges for parking a coach & an outdated payment system involving pumping 20 pound coins in - telephone payment system is over complicated & the sight of foreign coach drivers staring helplessly at their phones before deciding its easier to just drive around Windsor a few times just shows how desperately it all needs updating!!
