Had balloons blown up in the party department today 16.06.23 and absolute outstanding mention has to go to the staff member named Daniel who served me. He was friendly, helpful, approachable, efficient and just generally & honestly phenomenal. I asked for his name as I was just really & pleasantly blown away. What a credit to your store to have staff like that. Gave me advice, guided me with my purchase, advised best way to transport them all home. I just wish all staff in retail everywhere were like that.

Always a lovely visit. They have 3 eateries, but we always tend to use Foggs. The kids scrambled egg, half the price of the adults, is great - and you get just as much in the portion. The only difference is the toast. And it's not made in a microwave! Great store, for lots of different things. Thank goodness it's still there!!

Amazing lunch, the bakery and food is delicious, so many treats I want to try. Never have I seen a donut so full of jam or custard. Lovely salads and excellent fries. I will definitely be back to try more things when I'm next in Windsor visiting family.

Great store with a nice variety of things.
The toy section is large and well stocked but not particularly competitive on price when compared to Smyths or Amazon.
There is also a dining section which is nice.

Excellent range of products and staff very knowledgeable and helpful.The cafe/ restaurant is excellent and serves tasty food and refreshments. Windsor is fortunate to have an excellent department store. The toy depth offers so many excelent products. You often see children begging parents to buy toys.

Love this shop. Very friendly staff. We always go here for a coffee or lunch then just wander around.

Huge variety.
