As busy at it gets, very nice center, with optimum space and facilities right from food court to Hypermarket to bls to so much more. Secutriy is very helpful and the management of Al Khaleej is professional and sharp to attend to our needs for retail spaces, offices and residences.

Wonderful shopping experience with the new Osia Hypermarket at the ground floor and all the shops full of new technologies and the food court is wow ...clean and very relaxed atmosphere with there coffeenata cafe at mezzanine floor...enjoy your time at Al khaleej centre..

A good place for shopping, a super market with large stock at ground floor. Food court in there. At first floor camera equipment stores are there, many small shops there- computer and laptop repair. Access to first floor only one elevator found. At ground floor elevator access no enough clearance near by a shop (peak times looks conjested)

The mall is only catching footfall due to the limited fast food outlets and the BLS passport service center.

Not sure who else visits this mall, as likely 70% of the mall space is empty.

Not sure why they can't upgrade their mall, especially as it's in such a prime location.

It's like a time capsule, stuck in time with terrible cringey, ambience. Real pity, as it can become a neighbourhood hotspot - if they change everything!

Services is no good. We bought few items and ask for it to put in a bag,the cashier just poit out where the bag is and we need to put it by ourselves. Just the thing that we dont know, is it self service supermarket or is he just lazy to do such job.

Al Khaleej tower is located at main Mankhool Road. There is a small food court with three multinational food brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, and Hardees). Besides Osia Hypermarket, there are few electronics and mobile shops, two offices of driving school. However, the place is unable to attract a crowd so far that is visible in nearby similar facilities even without famous multinational food chains. Many outlets on 1st floor are empty as well.
