Not recommend,
They act with the costumers like Guantanamo prison or airport checking the bags in the checkin and checkout , like old system, just a poor hypermarket can't use detect machines!!! , They should be shame with this old mind .

Newly open Hypermarket in Rolla street, Burdubai.
Very spacious and friendly staff. Dress for kids are very nice and price is reasonable.
My suggestion to have home delivery service and also to have more vegetable and fruits.

The worst customer service ever. They have the wrong price listed and charged a higher price, upon asking the associate mentioned its no longer discounted. Told her that it was not updated and so I'd like a refund. She proceeded to tell me I could get something else for the same price not a refund. Later to realize they didn't have the product price marked. Proceeded to ignore us for a few mins and then only refunded coz I was adamant

Bad day....early morning again and again and again this guy in cashier always irritate us which is very un professional..everytime we are going to buy and pay he is there and he don't like to touch what we buy pork and this guy in cashier let us to put in plastic what we buy...you are not viva supermarket self service...and I will not stop complaining we are customer we have rights.and this guy in cashier should not be there better find other work like office boy..so he will not touch what ever he don't like..very unprofessional. And rude...again we will not stop complaining..he told us the manager is there..why manager going to protect you..let's see maybe??I don't know...let's see..I hope not all the staff of this ousa supermarket not like him..have a good day

A good addition in the large 7/24 super stores in the neighbourhood. However, prices in Ocia seem on higher side relative to their close competitors.

First of all, maybe some review paid, i am not sure.
Now..i Don't know who make this drawing.. Vary lower grade.
And that's drawing like school balcony or day to day????.
cashier very slow maybe without training also staff assist.
