wallah this school is very racist towards non emrati ethnicities the teachers dont know how to explain half the time they talk arabic and do not teach properly, the students vape the principal is very unfair and gives suspensions to non emarati students like its nothing. no matter the circumstance its always the non emarati students that get the suspensions any other nationaty gets suspended / "warning letter" warnin letters are given out like candy at a park and they do not background check anything and only put a warning letter if you were involved in any problem
this school doesnt deserve a 1 star but deserves a - 1 star,
and punishments are harsher for the non emarati students for example if they both did the same thing, the emarati student would get a slap in the hand, but the non emarati student would get a suspension, angry emoji, and i remember a specific student called omar tamimi, the whole school hates him and he startes the problems, and because he is emarati the punishments are less for him, we have reported him for maybe a 100 times, and they dont let us do anything and the blame comes onto us, they dont even see our guidancer, bro dis school so bad, id rather go to ais and it got a 2.9 rating.
My review of AKIS is a solemn warning. This school has proven to be a profound disappointment in various aspects. The faculty's incompetence, disorganization, and lack of dedication to education have been disheartening. The administration's indifference to feedback exacerbates the frustration felt by students and parents alike.
AKIS's infrastructure falls woefully short, with outdated facilities, cramped classrooms, and insufficient resources. The lack of investment in essential tools impedes learning and hinders students' preparation for the real world. Extracurricular activities and sports programs are virtually non-existent, denying students the chance to explore their interests beyond academics.
Moreover, AKIS neglects student safety and well-being, inadequately addressing bullying and allowing disruptive behavior to go unchecked. Inconsistent and arbitrary disciplinary policies create a disorderly educational environment.
The academic curriculum at AKIS is uninspiring and outdated, failing to equip students with relevant knowledge for the modern world. The absence of advanced courses and enrichment opportunities stifles the growth of high-achieving students.
In conclusion, I strongly discourage considering AKIS for your educational needs. Its lackluster faculty, inadequate infrastructure, poor student support, and outdated curriculum hinder learning and fail to prepare students for future success. Seek alternative educational options that prioritize excellence, well-being, and holistic development.
