I was in AAG Almizhar for almost 8 years and when I came here this year my grades dropped A lot from being a straight A student to getting C’s and D’s and my level dropped because they get out very minor details of each student to drop there grade.

And I won’t be staying here for the upcoming year because the management and education system is not worth staying in this school specially if the previous school has better education and you get the grade you deserve and not dropping grades for no reason or finding any excuse to fail a student.

I only spent approximately 3 hours there to take a MAP test because I was considering enrolling. My experience there was enough to tell me it wasn’t the school for me.
1. Rudeness
The teacher who “welcomed” me was smiling at me sarcastically throughout the session, criticized my previous school and interrogated me about my attendance and grades, at one point she cracked up and looked at way. I know I’m not the best student but she overwhelmed me so much, she basically called me dumb, I started to cry in the middle of our session.
2.Violence
While the teacher was interrogating me, a student walked in (laughing loudly) and proceeded to tell the teacher that there was a cat fight going on in the hallway between 2 girls. I couldn’t grasp what the fight was about but I could tell it was serious since the girls were pulling each others hair and one of them dropped to the floor and for a second I thought she died. I swear she almost did.
The teacher was making minimal effort to stop the violence while the other students alternating between cheering and yelling at looking at me quizzically.
I am disgusted by what I saw here.

wallah this school is very racist towards non emrati ethnicities the teachers dont know how to explain half the time they talk arabic and do not teach properly, the students vape the principal is very unfair and gives suspensions to non emarati students like its nothing. no matter the circumstance its always the non emarati students that get the suspensions any other nationaty gets suspended / "warning letter" warnin letters are given out like candy at a park and they do not background check anything and only put a warning letter if you were involved in any problem
this school doesnt deserve a 1 star but deserves a - 1 star,
and punishments are harsher for the non emarati students for example if they both did the same thing, the emarati student would get a slap in the hand, but the non emarati student would get a suspension, angry emoji, and i remember a specific student called omar tamimi, the whole school hates him and he startes the problems, and because he is emarati the punishments are less for him, we have reported him for maybe a 100 times, and they dont let us do anything and the blame comes onto us, they dont even see our guidancer, bro dis school so bad, id rather go to ais and it got a 2.9 rating.
My review of AKIS is a solemn warning. This school has proven to be a profound disappointment in various aspects. The faculty's incompetence, disorganization, and lack of dedication to education have been disheartening. The administration's indifference to feedback exacerbates the frustration felt by students and parents alike.

AKIS's infrastructure falls woefully short, with outdated facilities, cramped classrooms, and insufficient resources. The lack of investment in essential tools impedes learning and hinders students' preparation for the real world. Extracurricular activities and sports programs are virtually non-existent, denying students the chance to explore their interests beyond academics.

Moreover, AKIS neglects student safety and well-being, inadequately addressing bullying and allowing disruptive behavior to go unchecked. Inconsistent and arbitrary disciplinary policies create a disorderly educational environment.

The academic curriculum at AKIS is uninspiring and outdated, failing to equip students with relevant knowledge for the modern world. The absence of advanced courses and enrichment opportunities stifles the growth of high-achieving students.

In conclusion, I strongly discourage considering AKIS for your educational needs. Its lackluster faculty, inadequate infrastructure, poor student support, and outdated curriculum hinder learning and fail to prepare students for future success. Seek alternative educational options that prioritize excellence, well-being, and holistic development.

I’m don’t recommend this school they don’t care about education I believe they care only about money my daughter in KG1 first in class 32 students and they want me to pay 2000 dhs for extra classes for KG and they sad if you don’t take it your daughter will fall this year. It was my big mistake when I chose this school.

Very bad school. my son had a very weak teacher in grade 1, the methods of teaching were not efficient and the school not allowing moving the students to a different teacher which finally affect the whole academic your of my son.

More importantly, the school has no enough rules and controls against assaults and violations among students, especially with some nationality !!. they tend to protect them to ensure they stay in the school despite the bad effects on other students. my son had a very bad experience and I decided to transfer him to another school.

The parent relation officer (Randa) was not friendly and not ready to listen and tend to defend only

Finally, I am not recommending this school even to my enemy.
