Could me more hours open. Some people work then buy stuff then need delivered. Some people work out of Leeds 8-16 is not enough for pickup sometimes. Especially for people work 12hours shift. But staff is nice.

Not a great service, quite rude staff and they don't seem to want to help or care what so ever.

It works only Wed & Thu 8pm-2pm. Are you kidding? Can't grab my parcel for a few weeks, because normally people are at work til' 5pm. Terrible!

Lovely staff, very helpful!! The opening hours on Google are incorrect, see photos for correct opening hours.

Not much in the way of parking leeds council have been messing with the roads making access one way only so not as easy to get to as it used to be

Paid for next day delivery, item did not turn up.

Delivery Office its self was fine. Parking to pick up a parcel is quite tricky, it is now a one way system with double yellows outside. The carpark is inaccessible, as it is full with staff vehicles.

No where to park except double yellow lines, massive car park at the back thats apparently for staff only, staff very rude, try and avoid this place.
