The room we had was alright the bathroom. Had cracked tiles on the floor & 1 of them was slack
The shower was not suitable for purpose couldn't adjust it & unless you wanted to wash your hair every day most certainly wasn't suitable
No place to hang towels so we had to keep them on 1 of the chairs which weren't very suitable for sitting on .
The staff were excellent no problems there

Parking was on a £5 permit per night but if you moved car during the day there was no guarantees that you would have a space when you came back which meant you had to park in the public car park & pay for it

We have stayed in Fishers on numerous occasions in the past & never had a complaint but after this stay we most certainly won't be back

Really lovely venue in the heart of Pitlochry within a few minutes walk of most pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable rooms, with large beds and coffee machine included. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of continental and cooked options. All staff were friendly and overall service was excellent. Popular with coach parties, and sits next door to the coach house restaurant (part of the Hotel). Recommended!

We were on a one night Dinner B&B mid week break. Have stayed in Pitlochry a few times but this was our first stay at Fishers. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room [118] was very clean ,fresh, and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with plenty towels and complimentary toiletries. Evening meal was 3 course off the Isitson menu for the deal we were on. Plenty to choose from and excellent quality throughout. Restaurant staff friendly and attentive at both our evening meal and breakfast. Breakfast had everything you could want. Great choice of self service buffet, with hot breakfast ordered and served by staff. The car park was a very reasonable £5 a night, but spaces on 1st come 1st served, but there is other parking options nearby. Couldn't fault anything really, so we'll done all at Fisher's , hope to be back soon.

A BIT TIRED.

Purchased an itison deal for a 2 night stay at Fishers Hotel Pitlochry.
This deal included a dram on arrival, £30 towards dinner, breakfast & afternoon tea.

The rooms were ok but definitely tired and in need of refurbishment which I think is going to happen.

Dinner was good , breakfast was excellent however afternoon tea was horrible.

The photographs that are shown on the website of afternoon tea are nothing like what is served.
There were no ham sandwiches , cheese or salmon sandwiches but sandwiches that just contained mush. It is difficult to determine what they were but I think we had fish paste, mayo with corn and some other wet filling.
The afternoon tea appeared to have either been frozen or kept in fridge far too long as everything was hard and damp.

The hotel seems to cater for an elderly clientele which meant that it was a very strange place to be, a bit like staying in an retirement home.
There were men sitting about at breakfast and other meals in shorts & vests which wasn’t very pleasant and not what was expected in a hotel like this.

The thing that saved this break for us were the amazing staff, especially those serving dinner & breakfast. They were very friendly, efficient and hard working.

Right in the heart of pitlochry. Great location. Room is very spacious and staff are all really friendly. Only downside is the hotel is quite old so squeaking floors can be heard from rooms above when people walk around.

We stopped in after a day trip to Loch Ness for a short visit. It's a beautiful hotel. We didn't stay the night, just enjoyed the bar and dining area. Great selection of drinks, very clean and amazing staff! I would love to return and see more of it!

Just booked in for a murder mystery dinner with the Walking Theatre Company. The hotel is lovely and has a lot of style with excellent staff who work quickly and with a friendly efficient manner.
The rooms we have (2 middle aged couples) are well set out and have all the facilities you might want (iron, kettle power points etc) with comfortable beds and clean linen. Some wear and tear to the decor but not to the extent that would surprise you in a busy hotel.
The location is fantastic for the town of Pitlochry and is bang in the middle. Well worth staying in.

Room was a bit dated. Needs painted. Shower was coming away from wall, bath was not very clean, hairs in it. Great service from the staff. Food was so very expensive, but overall I would go back but to a different room as the couple we were with there room was lovely.
