This used to be one of the best real estate companies so are their properties. But after our bitter experience with few of their dishonest staffs, we are staying away from their properties. Won a case against them in 2020, because only truth wins in the UAE!

Firstly, during the time of the COVID lockdown I request a 1 week delay in submission of my final rental cheque. The management refused. Their money was more important than the surrounding situation. Expect no favors if you rent from them. ZERO. They dont care. Secondly I requested a detailed receipt for an AED 1200/- deduction from my security deposit. I left the property neat and cleaned but they denied. A basic answer was given. I was totally ignored and side tracked. It took 2 months for them to refund this deposit as well. To fight this in RERA would be a long and arduous task and they know it. The property was far too expensive considering the market. Value for $$ was lacking.

Highly professional and clear communication form Leah, the lady in Real Estate team. Tenants will clearly understand what to expect and what not to. A definite thumbs up.

Nice mall with huge covered parking space and a large dining area overlooking the see. It has so many shops selling a wide range of products. The mega supermarket (Banda) has a bramch in this mall. There is also a japanese shop in the ground floor.

We rent a home in pinnacle tower Dubai marina, we supposed to move in tomorrow but the house not yet clean they didn't do the pest control very bad management they took their money but they didn't do nothing
