The Dubai metro is clean and punctual. One problem: doesn't operate between 01:00 and 05:00, so if you have an early morning flight, you can't use the metro. Prices are very affordable. You must use the "Nol" card for all transportation. You can charge with a little as AED 5. The Nol card can be used on the metro and busses. Trains on the Red line arrive every 4 minutes. All the signs are in English and Arabic. While the metro does get to the Mall of Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, there's a very long walk from the Metro station.

I think Dubai is the best place to be in. Every metro station is equipped with modern facilities. Ticketing ir getting a Nol card is easy and the staff is always ready to help the visitors and new comers.

The Dubai Metro is one of the world's most efficient and cleanest Metros.

The stations are just a few meters apart making it extremely convenient to use.

However please note that the first and last boogie is restricted as one is the gold class the other is restricted to women and children.

The metros also do not allow you to eat or drink on the metros. Not even water.

Probably the most efficient mode of transport in Dubai

It's a well planned metro station like everything else in Dubai and the directions/signages are so people friendly as well as the ever helpful staff. Kudos to the management and the administration.

Today is our first day in Dubai Metro, buying card for myself and wife. I classify this. metro journey from airport terminal 3 - Mall of Emirates cost us round trip is AED15.00 for myself and wife AED: 15.00
Total cost is ARD: 30.00. Pretty expensive

Delhi metro is very good option to travel hasstle free. It also wheelchair accessible. Time saving.
