Very Convenient and accessible location for people living in Karama, Mankhool, Bur Dubai and Satwa area. Super fast operations and testing. Multiple windows for Faster vehicle registration application including in house vehicle insurance customer service window. Dedicated waiting area for ladies.. excellent service. Clicking pictures not allowed. ????

In Ramadan it starts at 8 am.
Within 5 minutes got test report and link to make payment. Payment was done immediately after which I had to wait for 25 minutes to get sticker and key.

The place is decent enough for renewal process. But the site says open on Sunday, this needs to be changed. As confirmed with RTA, all vehicle testing centers are closed on Sundays

Don't go there. The insurance company their is a scam! It's called aldawliya insurance. I went there at 7pm to transfer car ownership they are the only insurance there and I was transferring another insurance with a validity of 7 Months!! They refused to transfer and said they will only make a new insurance costing 780!!! Any other insurance costs 300 to 400 tops!
Major scammers taking advantage of the situation there!!!
Just don't go there

I don't know what's the rush during weekdays.I went on Saturday by 9.40am My Vehicle passing and payment all done by 10.30am..
Working staff who are in field they know how to manage work/stuff

I sincerely refer this place to my friend or who asked advise to me
