We had a mixed experience at this location. The technical parts were great and speedy. The desk employees on the other hand .... are quick to catastrophize the situation and tell you this is not going to work before even looking further into the matter and making their due diligence

Went to have my vehicle testing done. Very quick and efficient staff. As my insurance was not ready, I only did the testing.
End to end, it took me 12 minutes.
Great service. Thank you.

I had to see one lady staff's misbehavior as her name is Amna as she working as insurance agent with very bad and rude behavior. I got insurance as she is saying highest rate comparing other counters, she doesn't know how to behavior to the customers, very bad experience.

Everything is perfect, very attentively, helpful, well informative and with the smile.
From all the staff outside (testing vehicles area)
To all the respectful counters and to the kindness of the manager.
Only 1 employee seems she doesn't like the job. Counter number 4

Visited this place yesterday to get the vehicle testing and renewal done. The entire process took about 20 min, including the printing of the Mulkiya. The staff was very courteous and went the extra mile to find the safety triangle, which was already available with the car that I did not know of. Kudos to the staff working at the testing bay as even with the extreme heat and humidity, they still wear a great smile and work with passion!

I went there for a vehicle transfer and the reception staff was shockingly rude. His voice was so loud and he was talking to us with disrespectful way. He’s definitely not the right person for this job! This guy don’t reflect Dubai’s image at all.
