Hi Al Masam Stationery,

I’m really enjoying the art workshops being hosted through you all. Yesterday’s workshop on Mixed Media was great…thanks to our instructor Mr. Sontash (excuse the spelling) who was very thorough in his explaining but gave us room to explore our creativity.

I’ll definitely be returning for more workshops and have shared this friends.

Also great atmosphere for kids as well????????

I wish i could rate 0. we used tomake our professional purchases from them. I went to their store this morning. since i have been in the uae i have never been so badly served. no one is looking at me, all he says is that he does not have the product. I beg to order him, he says he can't. I tell them I can then order on their website and click and collect in the store, he says in this case you have to call before going. in this case what is the store for what is the staff for? I did not understand.

The store online has a good product range and prices but there delivery is terrible! My first order was fine, it took 2 or 3 days but the second time it has been 6 days since I ordered with no sign of it arriving yet even though I have called 4 times to follow-up!! Will consider other stores henceforth and will definitely not pay online next time.

Beware, items delivered may not be what you ordered.
Ordering was easy online.
Delivery was prompt.
Several items were substitutions which were similar.
The copy paper delivered was lighter grade 70gsm (not 80gsm as I ordered).
If you order from here be careful inspecting delivered products.

I attended art workshop by al Masam stationery and found it unique learning experience.I truly appeiciate their flexibility over schedules. Also they have wide variety of quality art product at affordable price. I would highly recommend to visit the place and also try out their art workshops.

Helpful, kind and polite staff but the manager needs to calm down. For the whole time I was in the store, he was shouting at his staff from the back office using rude and inappropriate language. Such disrespect is unacceptable. What a shame he cannot follow the example set by the rest of the team. I would certainly buy from Al Masam again but next time I shall bring ear defenders!

Since they changed to a call centre for appointments it’s got rediculous to get an appointment told that only astleford Dr surgery is sterile for taking stitches out (how rediculous) and as there are no appointments left, told us to go to hospital to have them taken out. This is the second time this has happened, it was so much better when you phoned the actual surgery you wanted an appointment at.

Worst GP surgery I have ever used in the UK staff are rude .its impossible to get an appointment and constant mistakes with prescriptions .
Don’t go here if you have any illness that requires treatment because they don’t care .
Telephone appointments are horrendous drs don’t listen to a word you say and make there own mind up on what you said that’s if you can actually get to speak to a Dr because most medical issues are dealt with by reception it seems they have all got PhD in medical knowledge and seem to have been instructed to do there own due diligence on what is a medical condition and what isn’t .
Apparently a chronic condition requiring a face to face with a GP isn’t a reason to get to see a dr or even get a phone appointment within 14days !
Beware this is a horrendous service and it’s not just me who has had issues my whole family have had the same issues and my son also has chronic illness and disability’s this surgery has never heard the words caring empathy or understanding . They even refused to give him his repeat prescriptions so I had to go to his consultant at LGI to get the prescriptions issued 2 days after he had no medication we finally got them to write a prescription after this surgery was emailed by one of his consultants !
There is a catalogue of issues far worse and they will be reported to nhs England and any relevant authority’s !

NEVER ANY NURSES!!! And really rude staff when you ring to make an appointment. Never know a doctor's where you ring a call centre to make an appointment. Absolute joke!!!

This is doctors surgery has been there for me and my children .reception staff are very discrete. The doctors always have time to listen
