I had this terrible experience at mister bakers where I experienced ZERO customer care. Bought a red velvet cake. It was dry, tasteless and spoiled birthday party. When I returned entire cake, they still maintained that the cake was good. Things can go wrong but companies who care for their customers admit and move on. Shocked to such careless attitude

Wow! Super cute place with amazing pastries. The staff was also super nice and welcoming especially Ms. Ashika (0974). She heard our requests, suggested the best option for my customized cake and upon collection, it was delivered to me as I had requested it. Definitely recommend a trip down to Mister Baker Karama, Dubai. 100% Keep it up Ms.Ashika!

I called the call Centre twice to customize the cake as I was not interested in standard cakes displayed on their website. I tried explaining to the call Centre agent my specific requirement. I also requested to talk to a pastry chef to explain my requirement and she told its not possible to speak to a chef. I wanted a red velvet cake with cheese filling inside and fruit toppings. To my surprise I got a old red velvet cake which was hard with cheese topping on the cake and fruits on top as seen in the picture. Even the fruits were not fresh. Overly charged for a lousy product. Another unpleasant surprise was regarding delivery. Earlier they accepted to deliver late evening just before midnight. One day before they called and told drivers work only until 7 pm and the cake had to be collected by then. Finally they delivered it around 3 pm.

Please be careful while ordering. I read google reviews and ordered from them. Also they top the list in other social media. May be it’s paid to get those reviews.

I ordered a backup cake from another vendor and the service and quality provided was excellent. They rang the bell at 11:58 pm and have the cake and gifts to my wife. This definitely was a pleasant surprise to her.

Hope mister baker will take corrective actions and at-least allow people to talk to a chef for specific customizations.

I had the pleasure of visiting Misterbaker Karama, and I must say that the experience was fantastic. Ace, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me. His helpfulness and patience were truly commendable. Moreover, the cake were an absolute delight. The taste was exceptional, leaving me craving for more. I highly recommend their bakery for anyone in search of delicious cakes and outstanding service. thanks to Ace and the team at Misterbaker for creating such a wonderful experience!

Unleash your sweet tooth at Mister Baker! Delightful baked goods and cakes. We attempted their Rainbow cake, crunchy chocolate and vanila cake,chocolate truffle - all were good! Little costly but similarly worth the quality and taste. New and delightful cakes and cakes are made on arrange and on schedule. They have clean shop which is well kept up and clean.

I ordered small single pieces of cake for birthday wishes,

The lady, I forgot her name she assisted me so politely and ready this chocolate cake for me,

It was so tasty, and my partner really liked this small surprise,
