Horrible service, rude staff, no care even doing basic job. I hope top management change all staff in this place. It is just chaos

Around 6 pm today, I informed some staff if to whom should I asked help to cut/slice the pork and they send me to the customer service. I asked the one who’s standing but there’s a Filipino staff interrupted that I can take the other sliced pack. I replied it’s different slice and full of fats. So, unfortunately, they refused to help what I wanted. And I told them that they have a machine and they cannot even help a customer for just a minute. But you can just see their faces and heard them laughing. They’re just standing there and cannot even help what the customer requested which is I am one of their regular customers. Last time I went there that was around 1 am and the staff helped me of which cut I want like a common menudo slice. Hoping that the management should train their employees how to be an extra mile.

2023/05/23 time 9:45pm I just went to buy something but there is counter people but they didn't give respect for me actually I love Al Maya market but why this employees doing bad attitude???????

They don’t value their customer’s time, very unprofessional! I placed my order at 5:30pm and they delivered the items at 10pm after many follow up calls, worst scenario the last time they delivered my order at 12 Midnight though i placed my order at 7pm. Al Maya Management should take action about this otherwise you will end up liquidating your shop!

Very poor delivery service. We told them we needed to pay by card and told them not to ring the door bell as our baby was asleep. Nobody informed the delivery guy and he did not bring card machine AND rang the bell waking my daughter.

When we said we dont have cash and will drive down to the store and pay, the delivery man refused saying that the delivery is under his name. You really need to fix your staff and internal processes. We ended up returning the items...so thanks for wasting our time.

Most unprofessional supermarket i’ve ever seen in UAE, let alone in Dubai. I live in Lakepoint, the same building this supermarket is located at and I am convinced that they don’t care about customer service at all. Let me tell you, this supermarket has not even done pest control. I was there yesterday, I literally saw small cockroach right near the veggies section. It is expensive and unhygienic to shop here! Just pathetic

The staff at the cash counter is very slow and rude for no reason. They don't help with putting the stuff in the bag and look at you with anger if you are slow in putting your own stuff in the bag. If you ask for help or any additional question, they do not want to answer it. A smile doesn't cost a thing, hope this feedback is given to them.

All day to day things available, plus a little more. Didn't have a good experience with home delivery though, order was delivered in 5 hours after many calls, despite promising a 30min delivery.
